Description

This hat looks like the Sulik and the Paperb' Hat. But since it's very comfy and Xelors never take it off - even when they sleep, it is commonly called Hatter Lily. It gives off a nice pleasant white water lily smell which helps you get to sleep. However, it also provokes snores as unbearable as the Toads' song during the mating season.
