Description

Some tradition-bound Twelvians thought it was forbidden to wear anything other than the Wa Odanowth's Cwown when it was Thwee Kings Cake time. So they wouldn't catch a cold, they voted for the right to wear other attire worthy of a Wa during the event, such as this marvellous cloak.
