Description

In the past, this bracelet was given to tourists visiting Vulkania to make sure that they didn't come to the island twice despite only registering once. Charlie's Agents soon stopped this when they realised that nobody ever wanted to come back to Vulkania. That is, if they ever made it off, and didn't end up in the island's ever more populous cemetery.
