The last source of the Felling Wind can be found inside the Oasis. That's yet another reason to get past the walls. There's only one way to go about it: become a tax collector.

For this step, bring Elimination Round Certificate, Strong Rope, Bone Powder, Patched Fabric, Desert Fertiliser, Bag of Precious Stones, Water Ration to Oasis Guard, Councillor Delaroka, Cozetti, Mazetti. Make sure you have the items before moving.

You'll need to defeat Dawaj, Deboning, Starven, Skentu. Check your gear matches the level 200 requirement.
