1. Scope of use
The website Dafous.app provides tools, simulators and guides intended for players of the game Dofus.
These terms of use define the rights and obligations of each user and constitute a legal agreement between the user and Dafous.app.
All users also agree to comply with the terms of use set by the publisher of the game Dofus. Using Dafous.app does not in any way justify a breach of the rules imposed by the game publisher.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Dafous.app, you unreservedly accept these terms in their entirety.
If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately stop using the site.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after modification constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms.

- Post listings to connect players for in-game item or service exchanges, with no real-money transaction through Dafous.app.
- Use tools, calculators and simulators for strictly personal and non-commercial use.
- Share listings published on Dafous.app on other platforms or social networks.
- Access and use the guides and educational content available on the site.
4. Strict prohibitions
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Publishing fraudulent, misleading or falsified listings.
- Impersonating another player, a moderator, an administrator or Dafous.app.
- Attempting to circumvent, exploit or compromise the security mechanisms of the site.
- Conducting, facilitating or promoting the purchase or sale of virtual currency (kamas), in-game items, accounts, subscriptions or any other digital asset for real money. All forms of RMT (Real Money Trading) are strictly prohibited.
- Promoting, distributing or using unauthorised third-party software (bots, automation scripts, hacks, exploits) intended to alter the normal operation of the game.
- Offering, soliciting or facilitating the sharing, sale or exchange of game accounts.
- Publishing discriminatory, hateful, defamatory, threatening, obscene content or content that undermines human dignity.
- Harassing, intimidating or threatening other users, whether on the site or in-game.
- Distributing malicious content, viruses, phishing links or any content intended to harm users or their devices.
- Posting advertisements, spam, commercial solicitations or unauthorised affiliate links.
- Collecting, storing or exploiting other users' personal data without their explicit consent.
- Encouraging other users to breach these terms or the rules imposed by the game publisher.
Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate or permanent account suspension, without prior notice or recourse.
5. Intellectual property and relationship with the game publisher
Dafous.app is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or supported by the publisher of the game Dofus (Ankama).
The trademarks, logos, visuals, names, characters and content of the game Dofus are the exclusive property of their owner (Ankama). Their presence on Dafous.app is strictly informational for the community.
The graphic elements, text and tools specific to Dafous.app remain the property of the project team. Any reproduction, copying or reuse without written permission is prohibited.
6. Account security and credentials
Users must never share their game credentials (Ankama account, password, associated email address) on Dafous.app, in listings, messages or with other users via the site.
Dafous.app will never ask for your game credentials. Any such request should be considered a fraud attempt and reported immediately.
Each user is responsible for the security of their own Dafous.app account and should use a unique, strong password.
7. Limitation of liability
Dafous.app does not guarantee any transaction between players and disclaims all liability for exchanges made in-game or outside the site.
Dafous.app only provides a player-to-player listing interface and does not intervene in the negotiation, execution or security of exchanges.
To reduce risk, we recommend using Ankama's secure in-game exchange systems whenever possible.
Dafous.app is in no way responsible for content published by users, their behaviour in-game or otherwise, nor any legal, financial or disciplinary consequences that may arise from such conduct.
Each user is solely responsible for their actions, the accuracy of their listings and their compliance with applicable laws and the conditions imposed by the game publisher.
Dafous.app cannot be held liable for any sanctions applied by the game publisher against a user following an activity initiated through the site.
Users acknowledge that all use of Dafous.app is at their own risk.
8. Suspension, termination and account deletion
Dafous.app reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice and without recourse.
In cases of particularly serious behaviour (fraud, harassment, RMT, phishing), Dafous.app reserves the right to report the user to the competent authorities and/or the game publisher.

Account deletion results in the permanent loss of all associated listings and data.
9. Advertising and cookies
Dafous.app is partly funded by online advertising.
Ads served by Google AdSense may appear on the site.
Users acknowledge and accept the presence of these ads, which contribute to funding hosting and the development of free tools.
By using the site, you consent to the use of advertising cookies and trackers in accordance with our Cookie Policy. For users located in the European Economic Area, explicit consent is required before advertising cookies are activated, in compliance with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.
10. Personal data protection
Dafous.app is committed to protecting user privacy and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data collected is limited to what is strictly necessary for the operation of the service. No personal data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the site’s place of operation.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law and submitted to the competent courts designated by applicable conflict-of-law rules.
In the event of a discrepancy between translations, the French version shall prevail.
14. Final acceptance

Any breach or misuse may result in immediate sanctions, including suspension, account termination and reporting to the competent authorities in the event of a violation of applicable laws.
