Description
Sumens, Protector of the month of Junssidor and renowned alchemist, received a gift from his god – a power as extraordinary as it is, err, binding: the ability to turn everything he eats into valuable items. The old man is thus able to produce a considerable quantity of precious stones, gold nuggets and cut gems in all sorts of shapes and sizes. From time to time, he even manages to produce high-quality artefacts capable of rivalling the work of the best magi and crafters in the World of Twelve (that said, expelling a sharpened blade really isn't the most pleasant part of the process). Given just how time-consuming and sensitive this activity can be, Sumens hates being disturbed when he's doing his business. This is why he spends much of the month of Junssidor moving from thicket to thicket to evacuate his providential excreta away from greedy eyes.
