Dark Court Cape

Description

This cape is slightly fluorescent, allowing its wearer to be detected in the dark. Also, it's so light that it's entirely possible to be wearing it and not even know it. These two characteristics have made it quite popular with some of Srambad's delinquents, who use it to mark a target to be beaten up later.
