Description

Broken twice by cannon balls, three times from rolling in the sea spray, and four times having slipped on dried guano, this bone made a wealthy man of the ship's doctor, until he was eventually thrown to the sharks for dark tales of gambling, women, alcohol, insubordination, provocations to a duel, treasure theft, scuttling and mutiny. A succession of small things which eventually led to his downfall. You don't mess with Buck Anear.
