The Kozaru are venturing beyond Aerdala and stirring up ever more violent conflicts, and Wulan, a general among the Daimya's samurai, is considering a number of ways to stop them.
For this step, bring Corrected Wall Blueprint, Forgotten Scroll, Pandalan Vote to Kozaru General, Wulan, Kenshi Ka, Urazim, Daimya Hikomi. Make sure you have the items before moving.
You'll need to defeat Kenshi Ka, Migi Ude. Check your gear matches the level 200 requirement.
