You'll also need to find a good chef, and if you want someone with enough culinary flair to surprise and delight the Prince's palate, best to try around Brakmar. Finally, why not add someone known around Pandala, for a little touch of exoticism?
Head to Prince of Wa then Steward San Lavalss to progress.
