The Hand of Pandawa is the key to opening the Dragon of Pandala's secret garden. To put it back together again, the elemental claws are not enough. You'll also need the dragons' breaths and the goddess's approval.
For this step, bring Strong Beer to The Grandapan, Pandawa Priest, Grandapan, Ninjawa Turtle, Goddess Pandawa. Make sure you have the items before moving.
You'll need to defeat Sumowa, Novice Shinobi. Check your gear matches the level 200 requirement.
