After getting a look inside King Dazahk's book, you've selected three affronts for which you must obtain restitution. The wrongdoers are: the Frigost Village municipal council, Sylargh and his Mechaniacs, and Ystrion Bannisterr the Stubbyob. Do what it takes, and the Freezammer king will be more favourably inclined towards you.
