Dark Vlad's turned out to be a much tougher adversary than planned. If you want to have any chance of defeating him, you'll need to call on the power of Prysmaradoth's talisman. To create this item, you'll need dragon scales that are currently in the possession of three Cania bandits. It's time to head out after Nomekop Wodly, Edasse the Killjoy, and Eratz the Protester!

For this step, bring Scale of Courage, Scale of Ferocity, Scale of Endurance to Meriana. Make sure you have the items before moving.
