How I made my first million kamas: my field-tested method

My field-tested path to making my first million kamas

Updated on 28/03/2026

I'm sharing the exact method I used to go from zero to my first million fast.

This is about what actually worked for me, not copied theory. The goal is to give you a simple, realistic route that pays from day one.

Quick summary of my method

  • I can start single-account, but with a team of 4 I go much faster.
  • I start on Incarnam to generate drops that sell fast on HDV.
  • I add Hunter very early to create a parallel income with meats.
  • Then I chain Astrub Sewers to speed up liquidity.
  • My first million came in about 4 hours of clean farming.

1. My starting point: single-account or multi-account

I can do it single-account, but I clearly go faster with 4 characters. It's not mandatory, but in practice the drop rate and income consistency are way better.

  • Option A: I start single-account + Hunter for a stable flow.
  • Option B: I run 4 characters to speed up combat cycles and gathering.

2. My first phase: farming Incarnam

I start on Incarnam because starter resources are in demand and sell fast, especially when players are leveling their professions at the same time.

Key Incarnam resources: Wheat, Barley, Ash Wood and Iron. These sell in under 2h on the HDV because every player leveling Farmer, Lumberjack or Miner buys them in bulk. Sell in lots of 10 or 100 to maximize turnover.

My rule here: short fights, quick sorting, then sell in clean lots rather than one big block.

3. The key booster: my Hunter profession

The Hunter profession was my main accelerator. Meats sell for a lot, move fast, and in a team of 4 I keep a steady generation going without breaking pace.

Target meats: Bouftou Meat, Boar Meat and Piglet Meat. Prep them as consumables if you have Butcher — net margin doubles. In a team of 4, a 45-min session generates 30k-80k kamas depending on the server.

4. My second phase: Astrub Sewers

Then I switch to Astrub Sewers (rats, sick tofu, etc.) because I want resources that move fast, not just items with a "nice" listed price but slow sales.

Astrub Sewers drops: Rat Hair, Sick Tofu Tail, Chafer Eye. These are quest and low-level craft resources: fast HDV turnover even at low unit price. Sell in lots of 50 or 100 for under 4h clearance.

5. Tracking my earnings

Regularly tracking your earnings lets you measure real progress and adjust your strategy session after session.

How to document your earnings: Log your kamas balance at the start and end of each session (same character, same server). After 10 sessions, you'll have a reliable average income per session and a realistic target to reach 1M.
Check your real margins: The HDV sales history shows unit price and actual quantity sold. Always compare net price (after 2% tax) with your full acquisition cost to avoid fake margins.
Optimize your inventory: Before each sell session, sort your resources into standard lots (10, 50, 100). Clean lots sell 20-30% faster than random quantities. Keep a buffer stock of 3 resource types so you're never dry.

By following these three points, you get reliable kamas progress tracking week after week.

6. Exact 4-hour plan (minute by minute)

Here's the structure I use when I want to secure a first million fast without scattering. The idea isn't to optimize every pixel, but to respect the pace.

Window Field action Expected result
0:00 - 0:20 Prep: pathing, bread, pods, HDV filters No wasted time mid-session
0:20 - 1:20 Incarnam (short groups, fast rotation) First stock of liquid resources
1:20 - 2:10 Hunter phase (team of 4 if possible) High-turnover meats
2:10 - 3:25 Astrub Sewers (rats/sick tofu) Steady volume + sellable drops
3:25 - 4:00 Sort, batch, post on HDV Convert to cash kamas

This breakdown prevents the most common mistake: spending 4 hours in a single zone while actual rotation is slowing down.

7. Priority resources to target (vitesse > prix vitrine)

I don't pick a resource just on its listed price. I pick it on three criteria: sell speed, drop frequency, and price stability over several days.

Resource type Zone Average price range Sales speed
Basic Incarnam resources Incarnam Low to medium (varies by server) Fast if clean lots
Prepared hunter meats Low-level zones + team Medium to high Very fast during active hours
Rat/sick tofu drops Astrub Sewers Medium Fast to steady

I prefer to move 80% of my stock fast with a decent margin, rather than chasing a perfect margin on items that sit in the shop for three days.

8. My real numbers (base terrain)

Session Duration Observed result
Farm Incarnam + Chasseur (team 4) 4 hours First million reached
Routine 7 days (5h/day) 35 hours Capital above 10M kamas

Important: these numbers depend on your server, your time slot and your selling discipline. I recommend tracking your own numbers for 7 straight days before adjusting the method.

9. My subscription choice at the start

At launch, I prefer a small starter pack over forcing an in-game kamas subscription right away. I keep my liquidity to produce faster, then gradually switch to self-funding through sales.

10. Server price variations: how I adapt

The same plan can perform differently depending on the server. On a very active server, I reduce lot sizes to avoid price wars. On a quieter server, I keep medium lots with a more stable price.

  • Yew competition explodes: I sell in smaller quantities.
  • Yew demand slows: I pivot to another resource in 1 session max.
  • Yew prices suddenly spike: I release my strategic stocks, not all at once.

11. 7-day roadmap to go from 1M to 10M

My first million is just a step. The real goal is to build a capital base that funds subscription in kamas and future investments.

Day Priority Cash goal
D1Incarnam + clean lot setupStabilize first treasury
D2Add regular HunterSpeed up liquidity
D3Astrub Sewers + split salesSecure 1M+
D4Replicate winning methodDouble the base
D5-D75h/day discipline + zone pivotsPush toward 10M

12. Anti-mistake framework (what really protects my kamas)

  • I never farm "by feel" without a clear sell target.
  • I log my net sales, not just my drops.
  • I cut a zone if the time/yield ratio drops two sessions in a row.
  • I don't confuse listed price with actual sell price.

This simple framework keeps me from those "intense" but unprofitable weeks. It's less flashy, but way more solid for building real capital.

Real experience report (mars 2026)

What failed: selling my entire stock at once. I often triggered a price drop and lost margin.

What worked: split lots, daily discipline, and prioritizing resources that sell fast.

My rules to secure my first kamas

  • I never lock all my capital into a single resource.
  • I prioritize sell speed over theoretical margin.
  • I keep a small kamas reserve to jump on HDV opportunities.
  • I cut a zone as soon as turnover slows for two straight sessions.

FAQ

Q1 : Can I do this plan with a single account?

A1: Yes. I go slower than with a team of 4, but the logic stays the same.

Q2 : Is Incarnam still useful after the first few days?

A2: Yes, if resources still turn well on your server.

Q3 : Is Hunter really mandatory?

A3: Not mandatory, but for me it’s a very profitable multiplier.

Q4: Should I aim directly for 10M or secure 1M first?

A4: I secure 1M first, then accelerate with the same method.

Overall analysis

My method worked because it's simple and repeatable: short zones, fast sales, and session discipline. I'm not looking for one big play — I'm building a steady kamas flow that gives me freedom on everything else.
